Leading UX for AI-powered computer vision self-checkout (Halo), from concept to pilot. Own end-to-end design, usability research, and implementation with engineering and product teams.
Designed and tested accessibility features for next-gen self-checkout, including text-to-speech, magnifier, and text resizing. Ran usability sessions with real users ensure solutions met the needs of true personas.
Focused on building scalable, modular features that integrate into NCR’s broader retail ecosystem—supporting not just self-checkout, but a full suite of in-store technology and services.
